Mental Health Support
Our agency offers psychotherapy sessions and refers clients, when appropriate, to ongoing, affordable professional mental health support to clients that experience Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders for pregnant or postpartum birthing persons and their support network. Our team of experienced therapists offers a safe space for clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and healing. Our goal is to enhance well-being and improve the lives of those we serve.
Groups and Workshops
Our experienced therapists provide psychoeducation groups on various topics that our clients find relevant to their situations. We also have medical professionals providing helpful information workshops. Mindful Well, CDC provides a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate through your challenges and improve your overall well-being.
- Maternal Health MOMents - interviews with medical professionals to address commonly asked questions and relevant topics to help prepare you for your next appointment
- You Are Not Alone - this group is a social meetup to help decrease the isolation of parenting and help new parents increase their sense of community. (in-office and virtual)
